Radish and Cilantro Relish
2 cups radishes, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely snipped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
Dash red pepper flakes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Makes 3 cups of relish.
