Raspberry Spinach Salad



Raspberry Spinach Salad

1 pound spinach leaves, washed
1 pint strawberries, sliced
3 kiwi, sliced
1 handful macadamia nuts

Dressing:
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons raspberry vinegar
2 Tablespoons raspberry preserves

Mix dressing together and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Toss together with salad and serve.

Serves: 4 to 6
