Wondering about the Bragg's liquid aminos...
can you educate me?

Kimmie, Bragg's Liquid Aminos are a non-GMO liquid protein concentrate made from soybeans. They are not fermented and excitotoxin free. They have a flavor similar to soy sauce and I use aminos as a substitute for soy sauce in recipes. They are wheat free; most soy sauce is not.
