Brandon's Crispy Kale Chips


1 head kale, washed and dried
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Sea salt and pepper (optional), for sprinkling
Sesame seeds, toasted, for sprinkling
Ginger powder

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Remove the ribs from the kale. Cut into 1 ½-inch wide lengths. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, sea salt, pepper, ginger powder and sesame seeds. Bake until crisp, about 20 - 30 minutes. Turn the leaves over half-way through. Cool and serve as finger good.
