Cauliflower Pakoras
1 medium cauliflower
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/2 cups garbanzo flour
1 teaspoon salt
good pinch garlic powder
1 t garam masala powder
Divide cauliflower into flowerets. Combine flour and spices and mix with water to a thick pancake mixture. Dip cauliflower pieces in batter. Deep fry until golden.
