Tofu Almond Olive Dip
1/2 pound extra-firm tofu
1 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos
6 almonds
8 black olives
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
Dash of salt
Dash of garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
Dash of cayenne
2 sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 - 2 Tbsp. water
Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Some texture is
desired if you like chunky dips. Enjoy!

This dip recipe is perfect for serving with crackers or fresh, raw veggies! Don't be afraid to add more seasonings if you wish. Tofu absorbs flavors nicely.
