Five-Minute Chocolate Cake


   1 cup sugar 
1 1/2 cups flour (1 cup rice flour + 1/2 cup potato or tapioca starch)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cold water


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Mix ingredients in order given.

3. Pour into ungreased square 8" cake pan.

4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.


A double recipe is about right for a bundt pan.
